Digital manuals

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are normally final once delivery or access has occurred. We will review duplicate charges, corrupted files, missing delivery, or a product that is materially different from its description. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Physical products

Eligible unused physical products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. The item should be in its original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct instructions.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when relevant. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.
