Digital products

Digital manuals are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge should apply to a digital-only order.

If a delivery email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders, confirm the checkout email was entered correctly, and contact us with the order number.

Physical products

Processing time, shipping service, cost, tracking availability, and estimated delivery are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by destination, carrier conditions, customs, weather, and peak periods.

Mixed orders

When an order contains both digital and physical products, the digital item is delivered electronically while the physical item follows the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address and delivery problems

Contact us as quickly as possible if an address is incorrect. Once an order is processed or handed to the carrier, a change may no longer be possible. For a delayed, lost, or damaged parcel, include the order number and any available tracking information.
